For: Women who have survived childhood sexual abuse
Time: Fridays, TBD time, in-person in Larchmont Village
Duration: 8 weeks - small group - 5 or less members only, consultation prior to sign-up required
Cost: $600 - Closed group where we begin together and end together in order to build trust and consistency in the group
This in-person 8-week therapy group is designed for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) who are seeking a supportive, structured space for healing. Limited to 5 members, the small group format allows for safety, connection, and meaningful processing.
The group integrates coping skills, psychoeducation, and guided group discussion to help participants better understand the impact of trauma and build tools for stabilization and empowerment. Members will learn grounding techniques, emotional regulation skills, and strategies for managing triggers, shame, and self-blame.
Educational topics include trauma responses, attachment patterns, boundaries, intimacy, and relationship dynamics. We will explore how early experiences shape current connections and practice setting healthy boundaries in personal and romantic relationships. Group processing offers opportunities to reduce isolation, build self-compassion, and receive support from others with shared experiences.
This group is appropriate for survivors who have some stability and are ready to deepen their healing in community. If interested, please email me to set up consultation required before sign up to see if the group is a good fit for you. Thank you!
